Cynthia is a certified 200HR-RYT, Pre/Postnatal, and Kids Yoga teacher. Having
been integrated in the physical fitness world for quite some time, her classes are a well-rounded amalgamation of exercises and movement that are geared to invigorate the body, nourish the mind, and awaken the spirit. Cynthia believes that movement heals the mind, the body, and the soul. She has been combining her love for yoga and music for many years with events and workshops that
bring the two together.
