Sarah Miller is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
At this time, I teach Hatha based classes focused on core strength and increasing flexibility. I always include a breathing component to shift the mind from a thinking mode to a present mode. I try to strike a balance between challenging students to push their physical boundaries and also feeling ease in their practice. I believe it is healthy to encourage growth in the practice but also reserve space for recovery, emotionally and physically.
