Parker (RYT-200) believes that one can only teach from their personally experienced wisdom and growth, thus today her movement practice includes yoga, bouldering, mat pilates, pole, functional weight training, and barefoot running.
Parker has over 600 hours of experience teaching yoga and fitness classes. She has worked professionally with animals for over 20 years, and considers nature her biggest teacher and closest friend.
