Jenny’s love of yoga began when she was pregnant with her first child, finding yoga and meditation as a way to feel grounded, both physically and mentally, throughout life’s changes. Jenny finds joy in sharing her love of yoga with her children. She is passionate about helping others discover the accessibility of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and enjoys sharing self-care strategies with people of all ages and abilities. Jenny is trained in Vinyasa style and completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Coral Brown at All That Matters and continuing education at Live Love Teach. Jenny is a Certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor, trained in Trauma Informed Yoga and Mindfulness for Children, and Yoga and Mindfulness for Diverse Abilities. Jenny completed her 300 hour yoga therapy training with Inner Peace Yoga in 2021. Jenny approaches her teaching from a place of inclusion, lightheartedness, and warmth, aiming to help others rediscover their inherent worth and truest selves.
