Paul Moore is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Paul's classes offer authentic traditional yoga, including breathing practices, basic Hatha yoga loosening movements, Raja yoga postures, cyclic meditation, and guided relaxation.
Paul enjoys studying ancient texts (such as Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika) as well as modern medical research that confirms the holistic health benefits of regular yoga practice.
