Kira Hyatt RYT 500 / E-RYT 200 / YACEP
With over 20 years of practice, Kira believes yoga is truly a gift to share, on and off the mat!
Deeply rooted in a spiritual and holistic approach, Kira’s desire to share her gratitude for yoga with others led her to complete her 200-hour Teacher Training with the Kula Collective in Tennessee in June 2019. Over the years, she has taught breathwork and movement across community parks, public studios, private home sessions, even nursing homes and more.
In April 2023, she dived deeper by completing her 300-hour Teacher Training at Balance Yoga Studio in Seaside, Florida to expand her knowledge and skills.
Passionate about accessibility, holistic healing, and preservation of ancient tradition, Kira teaches all levels and holds many supplemental certifications in Sound Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Integrative Nutrition + Recovery. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher.
Off the mat, Kira enjoys spending time with her dog Harrison, painting, pottery, learning and exploring.
Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s what you learn on the way down. ~ Jigar Gor
