Jen is a Physical Therapist and Yoga Teacher that specializes in conditions of the Pelvic Floor and Whole Body for adults and teens of all genders. Her practice focus is to educate and help people heal from whatever issue is interfering in their lives, movement and wellbeing. She is a compassionate listener, speaks with clarity and works at the clients comfort level. Jen is a facilitator for healing, strengthening and empowering people of all ages. She wholeheartedly believes that Movement is Life.
Jen graduated from the Physical Therapy program at Northeastern University in 1996 and has been practicing PT ever since. Pelvic floor education training completed through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, APTA Pelvic Health, Pelvic Guru as well as multiple other organizations. In 2022, she received her PRPC (Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification) as well. (The credential of PRPC designates Jen as an expert in her field of Pelvic Health Rehabilitation). In 2019, Jen received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification. Then in 2021, she received a certificate for Advanced Yoga Teacher Training for Trauma and Addiction.
Jen is an “education enthusiast” and loves to share her knowledge in any way possible, including teaching, yoga and public speaking. She is a Teacher's Assistant with Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She supports people who are interested in learning about their Pelvis and their Body through teaching a weekly online Yoga class: Yoga for Pelvic Health, Education and Awareness. Classes are LIVE, via Zoom, Sunday’s at 12pm EST. Some recordings are available.
