Angela is a wife, mother, nurse, and yoga teacher who loves to playfully practice yoga with people of all ages and abilities. She is a Yoga Alliance certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher and 500-hour instructor. Her classes explore creative & elemental patterns of movement through a fusion of both form and flow. Expect to be challenged in imaginative ways and to leave class with a little shimmer.
