Debbie has been practicing yoga since 1994, and has found a strengthened life balance and much joy as a result. Over the years she has practiced ashtanga, hatha, acroyoga, aerial yoga, and vinyasa. Her passion shows in her teaching.
In recent years, Debbie has been challenged with arthritis and has grown in her respect for those who face the challenges of aging with dignity and courage. Debbie is dedicated to supporting individuals in maintaining and even developing strength and balance throughout their lives.
