Karen Schneider RYT with Yoga Alliance is a yoga guide, meditation coach and mindfulness practitioner offering the space to inspire, empower and help others expand beyond personal limitations, self-imposed boundaries or other inhibitors including physical disabilities, anxiety, depression or substance abuse. With over 30 years of meditation and recovery practices, Karen offers a unique background to develop awareness using Vinyasa Yoga, Chair yoga, Yoga Nidra guided and zen meditation and the principles from twelve step programs.
Deeply committed to the awakening of all sentient beings Karen is dedicated to providing inspiration, insight and compassion to everyone she works with.
