Hi, I'm Claire! I'm an RYT 200 currently teaching a slow-flow style class at Pleasanton Athletic Center in Pleasanton, TX. I've also taught Les Mills BodyFlow since April 2017 and Les Mills SPRINT since March 2018.
I love teaching classes to communities that've never experienced yoga before and focus heavily on mindful movement, breath, and attitude toward the self. I encourage students to keep levity and laughter in their practice, reminding all that flexibility is an ever-changing journey that allows space for lightheartedness.
