Talia Sutra was born in Israel and moved to New York early in her life.
She has been practicing various movement modalities including yoga āsana since childhood alongside meditation and veganism.
Talia has studied and practiced many forms of Haṭha Yoga, her practice and teachings are based on a combination of the Ghoṣ lineage and the Aṣṭāṅga Vinyasa system. She has been teaching internationally for nearly 15 years.
These years of experience have culminated in the establishment of her yoga school Love and All is Coming, where students and teachers from all over the world come together to deepen their knowledge and become teachers. Talia has trained thousands of people worldwide.
In addition, Talia has an inspiring presence on-line with over half a million followers on Instagram alone, as well as her own yoga practice app where her students world wide are able to practice with her daily.
Talia currently lives in Lisbon, Portugal with her husband, artist Ezra Baderman and their two children Akiva and Elisheva.
