I am a Registered 200hr Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) and with over 150 hours of continuing education. I teach a blend of slow flow Hatha and Yin, focusing on alignment, building strength, the breath, and connection to your body in a peaceful environment. My classes are small group or one on one sessions.
