I started exploring yoga in 2012 with bikram style hot yoga, then in 2014, I explored yin style yoga, and in 2018 I explored vinyasa style yoga.
After years of yoga and asking questions of the instructors, in 2018 I decided it was time to become a teacher myself and answer my own burning questions. That's when yoga transitioned from merely a physical exercise to a holistic mind-body-spirit life adventure.
In my classes, we focus on the mind through meditation, the body through physical asanas, and the spirit through pranayama breath work for a holistic yoga experience.
I am a forever student of life, learning and growing in all ways.

200 Hour Yoga Alliance Approved Course (2018) was completed with instructors Sarah Helt, Alex Halenda, and Eddy Rimada.
60 Hour Yoga Alliance Approved Course (2019) for Yin Yoga training was completed with instructor Sarah Helt.
100 Hour Yoga Nidra Certification (2024) training was completed with Kamini Desai and John Vosler.
