Yoga has been an important part of Jess’s life for over 15 years. During that time she has embarked on a journey from her hometown in Australia to Stockholm, Sweden and now to bustling London.
These adventures have helped Jess cultivate a passion for sharing the transformative power of Yoga, whether you’re looking for strength, flexibility or simply a moment to just be. Jess teaches Power, Yin, Breathwork & Meditation. Through her teaching Jess aims to create that feeling of ‘coming home’ for her students, through classes that are a blend of playfulness, compassion, empowerment, strength building, and well deserved rest. Her mission is to provide a welcoming environment where individuals of all levels can show up as they are to explore the practice, both physically and energetically.
