Heidi's creativity and playfulness are somewhat contagious! Having studied and worked creatively, Heidi brings passion and an artistic expression to all her practices.
Her teaching style is creative, present, and playful. Emphasis will be about "being in the body" and safe alignment with plenty of room for curiosity.
Mindfulness practices are the foundation of her classes which guide students to be present in their own experiences on the mat.
Heidi teaches in various settings in and around Whistler, the unceded lands of the Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh & Lil̓wat7úl Nations.
She shares her love of creativity and the outdoors with her daughter and partner.
