Meet Cassie Love: Your Fun and Fabulous Movement Expert!
Ready to feel amazing and look great? Cassie knows how to make your body move in ways that can reduce pain, help you recover from injuries, and make you feel younger and more energetic. She’s like a magic wand for your body!
Cassie has been on her yoga journey since the late 80s and has been teaching yoga professionally since 2011. After spending 14 wonderful years at the Rama Lotus Yoga Centre, she’s taught everything from Power Yoga to the super chill Restorative Yoga. She can teach: Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga along with Restorative Exercises. Cassie didn’t just stop there—she helped train other yoga teachers and became a lead 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainer.
She’s also an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® (YACEP®). But wait, there’s more! Cassie got certified as a Restorative Exercise Specialist through Nutritious Movement™. She learned from the amazing Katy Bowman, one of the worlds best experts on how our bodies move, and completed a two-year training program with Katy Bowman.
Cassie has a lot of knowledge not just in yoga, but also in biomechanics, psychology, and how to make you feel good all over. She’s got an Honors BA from the University of Ottawa and has worked with people in yoga studios, gyms, retirement homes, community centers, online and private sessions. Whether you need help bouncing back from an injury, staying healthy, or creating a fun and lasting exercise practice, Cassie is here for you.
