Miki Romo leads her class with clarity and connection. Her intention is to help her students find meaning and presence in the practice of yoga. As a long time Occupational Therapist and yoga practitioner, Miki has worked with people of diverse ages and abilities and at varied stages of health. She has been an OT for over 20 years and has practiced yoga since 1992. Miki teaches vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, and SUP Yoga. Her warm teaching style balances fun and fluidity with vigor and vibrance. Miki’s classes are spirited and wholehearted. With a strong emphasis on breath and alignment, her smooth energizing flow promotes strength, flexibility, and a heightened sense of wellbeing.
