Ruth Schreiber (she/her) has been practicing yoga for ten years. The first time she came to a class, she was hooked on the quiet she felt while practicing in a community. She now teaches alignment-based vinyasa flow with a focus on safe and thoughtful sequencing. Ruth’s class allows for the connection between mind, breath, and movement, while encouraging students to meet themselves where they are at in their practice. She believes that with consistent practice, there can be a quieting of inner and outer noise, leading to living a more present life on and off the mat. She completed her 200-hour YTT in 2017 at Yoga Loft Wilmington, and her Restorative YTT in 2018 at Andover Home Yoga. She became Reiki Level 1 certified in 2024 at Soma Yoga with Shannon McNally.
Ruth is currently completing her 300-hour YTT at Andover Home Yoga, and teaches classes at MetroRock Everett.
