Currently based on the beautiful Seacoast, Whitney is a Reiki master, sound healer, yin yoga teacher, and folk herbalist.  She completed her 200 hr teaching certification in India in 2016 and taught yoga at several studios in NYC from 2017-2019 before shifting her focus to private sessions and online healing circles.  Whitney received her her Reiki Master Attunement from LIsa Levine of Maha Rose in Mexico in 2022, Yin Yoga certification under the guidance of Stacey Bell through Powerflow Yoga in 2023, and her Sound Healing Certification from Amber Bonham at shefayogavenice in 2024.  She also holds a folk herbalism certificate from the Gaia School of Healing & Earth Medicine since completing a Level I apprenticeship in Vermont and Ireland in 2017-18 under the guidance of Sage Maurer.  Whitney's teaching is an intuitive blend of these healing modalities.  She is passionate about helping her clients find creative flow by nurturing their connection to Nature both within and without.
