Kathleen Mills is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Kathleen teaches gentle yoga, as well as Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes. She is also certified and trained to teach Yoga for PTSD, Chair Yoga, and is a certified Y12SR: 12-Step Recovery Leader. Kathleen teaches online/virtual classes for small groups, and is available to come to your home for one on one sessions as well as for small groups. A passion for spreading the joy of yoga to people who have not experienced the benefit it can bring to your mind and body.
