Nicole Grant is an international, bi-lingual (French) American, and has lived in West Africa, the Middle East, England, Switzerland and now resides in New England. She is a longtime practitioner of yoga and veteran Yoga Instructor of over 25 years, and certified through IAYT to work with integrative yoga practices. She is the author of Yogini’s Dilemma: To Be, Or Not To Be, A Yoga Teacher? (Morgan James, 2020) and offers (online) Leadership and Actionable Yoga Intensives and Immersions (for continuing education credit through the Yoga Alliance). Nicole received her Trauma-Informed yoga training (in Jan 2018) with Annie Kiel through Firefly Yoga International as well as Heart & Mind of Conflict Transformation training through the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation (in Nov. 2017) and is a Toni Bergins-certified Journey Dance^_TM Facilitator (since 2015).

Nicole’s speaking engagements and leadership trainings inspire and facilitate very important yet simple and sincere conversations and commitments to building social-emotional capital so that we can co-create the interpersonal connections that sustain the kind of energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued – especially in our educational and foster systems. She is a presenter at the Interpersonal Institute’s Online Gifted Women Summit Sept 25-27, 2020. And, because it is always a humbling experience to be a novice at something, Nicole is still – after many years in the water – learning to surf (in New England)!
