Dharma Studio - Andrea KarahaliosAndrea has steadily practiced yoga and meditation since the mid 90’s while she was living in London, and has taught full time in Miami since 2011. Her greatest influences are Rod Stryker, Judith Lasater, Cyndi Lee and John Immel. She’s certified with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level, with advanced studies in Restorative and Ayurvedic Yoga, and holds a Master Certification in Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition.

A lifetime of pursuing her passions has made Andrea quite fascinating: as a professional artist, Yogini and avid scuba diver, her work has taken her around the world, exploring remote locations and cultures alike.

She offers a rare insight into holistic self-healing through physical strength and alignment, into meditation and relaxation techniques, and digestive health. She helps people achieve optimum wellbeing by teaching group and private classes, offering Ayurvedic consultations, and holding guided nutritional cleanses. She puts all of her expertise into her Sankalpa Yoga classes and 200 hr Teacher Training, where she's able to adapt to meet individual needs with an approach that is playful, intuitive and masterful.
