Over the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga and accumulating over 30,000 hours of active instruction with a wide range of students. This journey has taught me that deep down, we’re all searching for the same thing: the best version of ourselves.

All too often, we compare ourselves to others, chasing someone else’s definition of “best.” This is especially true in yoga, where we may get caught up in the idea of what we think “yoga” should look like rather than focusing on how it should make us feel. My passion lies in helping students understand that yoga is about feeling our best—and that begins with accepting our individuality. We each have unique bodies, bones, fascia, strengths, preferences, and sources of motivation. Expecting everyone to fit the same mold is not only unrealistic, it’s counterproductive.

When I guide my students to embrace their originality and let go of the need to conform, they thrive. Their practice—and their lives—stop feeling like a struggle. They find freedom on the mat, which translates to greater ease and grace off the mat. Yoga, after all, is not just a physical practice; it’s a blueprint for living more mindfully and authentically.

In addition to my yoga teaching, I’ve developed the 21-Day Total Body Reboot nutrition program. This program is designed to help people build health from the inside out. I believe that if we focus solely on fitness and flexibility without paying attention to the small, daily habits that influence how we look and feel, we can never truly take control of our health. I see it as teaching people how to fish rather than simply giving them a fish. By equipping students with the knowledge and tools they need, I help them create lasting, sustainable changes.

Alongside my ongoing teaching and nutritional guidance, I’m pursuing my yoga therapy certification with specializations in Yoga Nidra, NSDR (non-sleep deep rest), and Ayurvedic therapy. These approaches allow me to address a wide range of concerns, including pain, cancer recovery, anxiety, depression, and much more. My studies with renowned teachers like Tiffany Cruikshank, Paul Grilley, Bernie Clark, Tyme Howard, Meghan Currie, Kino MacGregor, Patrick Beach, and Dylan Werner have reminded me that, in order to be an exceptional teacher, I must remain a student first and foremost.

I’m so excited to meet and learn from all of you. Together, we can continue growing, exploring, and discovering our best selves—on and off the mat.

Thank you and Namaste.
