After spending much of my teenage and young adult years struggling everyday to figure out who I was and what was important to me, yoga and I finally found each other. Through my practice and teaching of yoga, I have discovered a calmness and simple joy for life that has brought more peace, happiness, and satisfaction than I ever thought possible.Yoga has increased my capacity to find joy in each day and interaction as it comes.
I hope to continue to share with others what yoga has done for me and to impress upon others the knowledge and power to change their own lives, health, and wellbeing through yoga and more healthful living. Co-founding Firelight Yoga studio has been a dream come true for me, and I am so grateful and excited to grow and practice alongside you.
