Jennifer Thomson is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. Jenny has been studying the human body for three decades beginning as a dancer and athlete. She has a degree in Human Biology from Stanford University. As a fitness instructor she was introduced to yoga in 2003 and has been practicing for 21 years. Jenny fell in love with yoga, first for the challenge and workout and finally for the peace it brings into her life. Formerly, very type A in her approach to life, yoga has helped her learn to enjoy each moment as it comes and to find inner peace. Jenny truly believes in the positive impact yoga can have on how you live your life. She teaches vinyasa in addition to more gentle styles of yoga such as Yin and Restorative and believes it is important to incorporate balance into the ways you practice yoga.
She is a passionate Yoga educator and loves to send yoga out into the world through teaching and mentoring other yoga teachers.
