Aaron has accumulated over 2000 hours of Yoga training and is registered with Yoga alliance at 200 E-RYT, 500 E-RYT & YACEP Levels.

Aaron’s mission is to create a heart-centred community in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. His driving force is to empower this community through sharing simple, effective Yoga + Meditation practice that serve them both on & off the mat. Aaron has been Meditating for 14 years & practising Yoga daily for the past 7 years. He has devoted over 2000+ hours to studentship with some of the worlds most influential & knowledgeable Yoga teachers so that he can share with our community in the most accessible way possible. Teaching classes, workshops, courses & retreats in his relatable and light hearted style, Aaron shares the simple yet profound practises and techniques that have transformed his life. He believes that Yoga & Meditation are an important aspect of daily life and should be accessible to everyone.
