After relocating to the United States and residing there for four years, I undertook a 500-hour training course in 2017 to deepen my expertise in the discipline I had been practicing for over a year. This experience inspired me to pursue teaching, and upon returning to Italy, I began instructing classes in both Italian and English at a highly esteemed yoga center. My professional development continued with Noah Mazé, with training sessions in Berlin and Los Angeles, culminating in 2021 with certification in the Yogamazé method following more than 1,000 hours of comprehensive study in philosophy, anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology, ethics, and practical techniques.
Concurrently, I provided instruction for corporate groups and private clients. I also served as an assistant, translator, and coordinator for a teacher training course in Torino, and had the privilege of joining the faculty for Hot Yoga Bologna's inaugural 250-hour teacher training program.
Throughout my career, I have expanded my knowledge of movement during pregnancy through specialized courses and workshops. At present, my focus is on advancing my understanding of human anatomy and movement by pursuing FRC certification and participating in anatomy teacher training with Giuseppe Panarello.
Teaching continues to be a source of personal fulfillment and growth, motivating me to create an engaging environment for students. I encourage individuals to explore and educate themselves, fostering self-inquiry to determine what best supports their bodies in their practice at any given moment.
