After a year of practice, in 2017 I undertake a 500-hour training course in the United States, where I lived for four years, to deepen my understanding of the discipline. I then realized that I wanted to teach, and upon returning to Italy, I began teaching classes in Italian and English at a very reputable yoga center. Training continues with Noah Mazé between Berlin and Los Angeles until 2021, when I become certified in the Yogamazé method with more than 1,000 hours of training in philosophy, anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology, ethics, and practice techniques.
Meanwhile, I teach for companies and private clients. I serve as assistant, translator and coordinator for a teacher training course and have the opportunity to be part of the faculty of teachers for Hot Yoga Bologna's first 250-hour teacher training.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to learn more about movement in pregnancy through various courses and workshops.
