Georgia Rose is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Passionate about sharing her fascination, curiosity and love of the body and Yoga with all - meeting each individual being where they are ready. Despite being a truth loving, nerdy, tree hugging dreamer, she incorporates the Yogic life within and guides all those she can towards a path of deeper in connection - a connection to the space within - coming back to breath; to the pure and simple.  As an ex professional dancer, Georgia loves movement and cannot imagine life without it. Her Yoga practice began in 2010 as injury rehab when she could no longer dance, and as a rehabilitation process for her body, mind and spirit. Completing her initial 200hr study with Kate Kendall at Flow Athletic in 2015, and after receiving a scholarship to study at Elixr, a further 200hr teacher training and her Yin Yoga qualification under the guidance of Don Peers. She is completing her 500hrs at Sukha Muka under Idit Hefner, Katie Manitas and Sunita Patil. She has also studied 50hrs of the Lotus Flow Method learning from the founder Jasmine Tarkeshi - a style of creativity, joy, devotion - which is a particular passion for her. She has completed her 500hrs with Don Peers and in 2019 trained with Yoga MedicineRYS completing the Women's Health Immersion. In 2018, after practicing Pilates for 14 years, Georgia completed her Pilates Mat and Barre teacher training. She completed her Reformer training and loves that she is able to teach an even great scope of students. Her classes focus on integrity of alignment, balancing flexibility, strength and building a kin-aesthetic awareness and connection to the physical body. Working from the foundation of asana practice in order for the body to move and flow with ease and carry into everyday life. Every class, every pose has a purpose and intention behind it to allow the unification of breath and body- space to meditate through movement and have a moment to oneself.
