Sarah loves holding space for others to connect deeply with their truest selves. She has over 800 hours of formal training in hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, power vinyasa, kundalini yoga, yin yoga, and yoga nidra. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher and intuitive energy worker certified in Usui Reiki and New Paradigm MDT, with training in Akashic Records readings.

Yoga, meditation, and energy work have changed her life immeasurably for the better. As a result, Sarah holds deep love and respect for their transformative power.
