Victoria Fowler is a Experienced Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Reiki Master, Certified Energy Healer and Sound Bowl Practitioner. Victoria's yoga classes seamlessly blend traditional asanas with dance-inspired transitions and meditation techniques. Her approach ensures that students leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and profoundly attuned to themselves on a physical, mental, emotional, and energetic level. Victoria creates a sacred, open, and compassionate environment for all practitioners. With over 950 hours of training, her expertise encompasses a broad range of styles, including but not limited to Dharma, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Power Flow, Yoga BootCamp, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and Chair Yoga, among others.
Victoria offers instruction both in-person and online, including private sessions, group privates, open group classes, and workshops. Additionally, she has taught at numerous events throughout the New York area. Currently, she teaches in-person classes at LifeTime Athletic (Garden City and Syosset), Hot Yoga 4 You RVC, Hot Yoga Carle Place, and Merrick Hot Yoga.
Victoria is a highly sought-after instructor for a variety of events, including workshops, corporate yoga sessions, large-scale yoga gatherings, and festivals. Her notable engagements include the "Get Fit with Pink!" Bloomingdale’s Event, classes at Lululemon Athletica: Roosevelt Field, "Puppy Yoga!" presented by SNARR, Energy Healing Training Retreat, and the Long Island Yoga Festival. Victoria has also contributed her expertise by assisting Kat Fowler's high-profile events such as Reebok Yoga in Union Square, Bryant Park Yoga, Union Square Sweat Fest, Sound Off Yoga, and her 300-hour teacher training modules at various prestigious studios across Manhattan.
