Scott Richardson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training in 2016 with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Scott started doing yoga in 2014 to help alleviate his back pain. It helped with the back pain but also elevated his mood and decreased stress. Scott also discovered aerial yoga. What started as a once a week practice quickly became 5 days a week practice. Scott completed his YTT in 2016 and has completed Aerial and Restorative teacher trainings.
Scott's keeps his classes accessible to all levels and body types. Scott finally had to have lumbar fusion surgery and now uses props in teaching his classes.
