With a rich tapestry of experience and training, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to the field of Yoga. My journey began in 2006 with foundational studies under the guidance of Cassandra Wallick (Nischala) and Jeff Martens. To deepen my knowledge, I trained with renowned teachers Ruth Hurting and Rama Jyoti Vernon at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, where I developed a profound understanding of Yoga's transformative power.
In pursuit of further insights, I undertook extensive training with Natarajan Yogacharya Sathishji Sathish Kumar in Malaysia, enriching my practice with a global perspective. Recently, I have been exploring tantric practices and teachings through the Para Yoga school, led by Yogarupa Rod Stryker, where I completed my 300-hour training. Each of these experiences has contributed to my diverse teaching style.
During my 27-year corporate career, Yoga served as a cornerstone for centering, stress management, and intellectual curiosity. Transitioning from the corporate world, I now channel my extensive experience into teaching Yoga and Mindfulness in corporate settings and at Gilbert Yoga in Arizona. My classes emphasize Tantra, Kundalini, Hatha, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Stress Management, offering a profound practice that combines energetic activation with deep insights into ancient Yogic teachings.
Whether guiding individuals through private sessions or leading group classes, I am dedicated to fostering a transformative experience that nurtures both body and mind. My approach blends the wisdom of traditional practices with contemporary applications, aiming to provide a holistic and enriching Yoga journey for all.
