Andrea began her yoga journey in 2008 when she first stepped foot into a Bikram studio. The invigorating feeling she felt both mentally and physically was something she wanted to feel again and again. She got her 200hr certification in 2017, and has taught in both Chicago and St Augustine. Andrea loves infusing music into her classes. Taking a modern twist on a traditional practice, she incorporates unique variations of asanas that are modifiable for all levels. Andrea believes that every body is capable of amazing things. Her goal is to help students build confidence in themselves and their practice, allowing them let go, have fun, and enjoy the process. This approach encourages a freeness in the body and mind, opening ourselves up to so many possibilities.
