Crista de la Garza, a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance, is also Board Certified with the NCBTMB and serves on the Board of Directors as a practitioner member. She is a massage practitioner and educator, served as faculty with the Boulder College of Massage Therapy where she taught Ethics and Communication Skills, and teaches massage and yoga CEs. Her aim is to deliver exceptional work to help her students meet their goals through discovery, growth, and spiritual philosophy. Crista works with all ages and stages of life and life tranasitions including prenatal massage & yoga instruction.  

Crista works with her students and clients to help them succeed in movement and self-care goals, and facilitates an enriching journey of becoming more conscious, functional, and healthy in body and mind.
