Tiffany is passionate about teaching and sharing the joy that she has experienced in her own study and practice. Several years ago, Tiffany was obese and desperately unhappy. Following awarenesses that arose in her meditations, Tiffany worked to open her heart, improve her attitude, become more vulnerable, and live more authentically, which allowed her to slowly rebuild her health and her life.
Tiffany has studied Yoga for most of her adult life, a practice that is deeply meaningful to her. She’s passionate about supporting others as they work to keep their whole beings healthy. Tiffany believes that wellness is available to everyone regardless of our personal limitations and that joy is the birthright of the human soul; that we are all capable of changing our habits and building lifestyles that nourish our bodies and minds; and that we do this best by working together. Tiffany strives to make her classes accessible to EVERY body, especially ones that have limitations due to injury, illness, or fear.
In addition to being a dedicated practitioner of Kriya Yoga, Tiffany is a Social Worker (MSW) and a mom of two active children. She is certified as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and Hatha Yoga Instructor (RYT-200).
