Hey friends!
My name is Erin and I’m a 200-Hr E-Registered Yoga Teacher. I first began my yoga journey in 2010 and it was love at first sight. I have now been teaching for 5 + years sharing my love and experience with everyone I meet. Yoga has completely transformed my life and I hope to have the same impact on those I empower.
I teach all art forms of yoga including; Power, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Chair, Gentle, Prenatal, Mommy and Me, and Aerial. I love to teach and learn, I truly believe we all have something we can share and value from each other.
I have taught in many different types of environments such as; music festivals, breweries, yoga studios, fitness gyms, corporate workplaces, hotels, assisted living facilities and behavioral health centers. I have also instructed private one-on-one lessons in the comfort of one’s home.

Each week I’ll bring to you new asanas beneficial to your everyday life, and helpful with your other fitness activities.
