Gaby brings enthusiasm to the yoga mat, with a curiosity to discover small movements that make big impacts. Integrating her early years of gymnastics and dance to counter the more recent years of sitting at a desk, she's passionate about creating an encouraging space for students to thoughtfully explore movement and rest that fits their needs. Having taught gentle to advanced alignment-informed hatha classes since 2014, she hopes to grow these grounding spaces as she completes her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling.
