Holly Foster is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS), followed by a minimum of 1000 hours of teaching.
Holly's classes focus on mindful movement, connection to the breath, and building a strong foundation with safe alignment. Her Hatha and Flow classes challenge the body while bringing balance to the mind and the spirit. Through her Restorative and Yin classes, students are invited to dive deep inside, connecting to the breath and following it on a deeply meditative and introspective journey, while experiencing relaxation and release in the body.
Holly also offers gentle classes with therapeutic benefits that provide an opportunity for mindful movement and breath awareness, ideally suited to students who are managing illness, injury, anxiety, or fatigue, as well as those who simply want to slow things down and reflect more deeply on their practice while nourishing the body, mind and spirit.
In addition to her asana classes, Holly also teaches mindfulness and meditation, helping students find ways to incorporate mindfulness into their daily activities, while also exploring meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement.
