I am a yogini passionate about yoga and sharing the deep benefits this can bring to anyone who decides to enter upon a yogic journey.
My teaching style is envigorating yet balanced and includes elements of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama in order to gain holistically from the practice.
As I am a curious learner, I am a continuous learner, regularly studying and attending international teacher trainings, seminars etc.
