Caroline (she/ her) has been practicing yoga for over two decades and trained with leading London yoga school Yogacampus. She's also an Advanced Restorative Yoga Teacher, Yin Yoga Teacher and certified in teaching Yoga for Pelvic Floor and Pranayama. Her classes focus on mindful movement, breathing and relaxation, helping people find balance in busy city living.
Classes are suitable for all levels, beginners as well as those who want to deepen their practice by refining their somatic awareness and taking yoga beyond physicality. Her goal is to help strengthen, relax and create space in both body and mind.
Caroline is also a Functional Medicine health and energy coach and EFT practitioner, focusing on helping people with burnout, tiredness, overwhelm and stress.
