My vinyasa classes progress through a challenging flow and end with deep restoration; my restorative classes utilize guided meditation and props to facilitate relaxation. As a writer, I bring my love of language and focus on individualized instruction to the mat in a dynamic, poetic practice.
I completed my 200-hour training with Jodi Boone and Tami Hafzalla of Synergy Yoga in 2016, and my 300-hour training with Jason Crandell in 2020. I also teach barre fitness and self-myofascial release, and am continually broadening my education around the body and movement with a special focus on anatomy for yoga.
