Lisa Pafe, E-RYT 200 and YACEP, has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She received her 200-hour RYT Fluid Yoga Vinyasa certification with Kevan Gale. Her continuing education includes Divine Sleep (R) Yoga Nidra training with Jennifer Reis, Pure Power Flow (yoga with weights) certification at YogaWorks Fairfax, and additional training in Yin Yoga and Spa Yoga. She is a USA Yoga Federation competitor and medalist/Top Ten finalist in the Adult 50+ division.
Lisa teaches to all levels and all bodies, including creative Vinyasa flows, Yin yoga to work on fascia, and Hatha Yoga as well as restorative, Yoga Nidra, and gentle yoga and meditation. She especially loves opportunities to blend yoga and nature by practicing outdoors. She also provides private lessons as well as on-site classes in office yoga and meditation.
She finds that while the asanas are the same, it is you who is different each day, and that is what makes yoga a continuing quest. She feels gratitude to be sharing her practice with students at all levels with all bodies.
