I have been practicing yoga for two decades and teaching since 2016. I enjoy teaching mindful flow, gentle Hatha, restorative, and Yin. The theme that has surfaced in my teaching is to SLOW down - we live in a busy, rushed society and I feel very strongly that human beings need space to decompress and reconnect with themselves. I love supporting and observing the change in energy from the beginning of class to the end of class, and the glow that students have after exploring movement and relaxation.
