Stacey began her yoga journey a little over fifteen years ago, at a class offered by Kripalu trained instructor, Ilene Hallisey. When her beloved teacher moved north, Stacey tried a variety of other yoga styles. Then one Sunday in August, she met another teacher who inspired her named Jennifer Howell. Stacey loves to hike, bike, kayak, and ski, run obstacle races with her now grown children and take long walks with her dogs. Her yoga and daily meditation practice have allowed her to regain flexibility and a sense of calm. She completed yoga teacher training, so that she could share the gifts offered by this practice with others. Stacey provides a safe, supportive integration between body and mind for yogis of all levels.
