For Adrienne, teaching yoga is a way to share with others the health-supporting benefits of the practice. Her Hatha and Vinyasa style classes emphasize connecting breath with movement, while following intelligently designed sequences to cultivate an awareness of uniting mind, body, and spirit. Adrienne’s teaching style is influenced by her continuing practice and study of yoga, and by her experience with Anusara- trained or -inspired instructors.  With significance placed on safe alignments and intentional movements for all fitness levels, each class is planned to support students in feeling restored, strengthened, and more connected to themselves. She has been teaching yoga since 2015, and is also certified to teach Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, and Children's Yoga. Currently Adrienne teaches at Silambam Houston and Sundance Yoga, and is available for private classes.  She is a Master Level Reiki practitioner in Shamanic and Usui Reiki, and also teaches Reiki.  While off the mat, she works as a PhD scientist and a faculty member at a medicalschool. Adrienne is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
