Sandy Menzies, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, has completed a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Join a gentle online, 50-minute yoga class. Class format may use a chair or be on the floor. Each class begins with centering, progresses through alignment, stretching, and strengthening exercises to relieve tension, and concludes with meditation.
This class is ideal for those new to yoga or looking to ease back into physical activity after an injury or period of inactivity.

Recommended Props: a sturdy chair, yoga blocks, a strap, a flexible strap, blankets, and/or hand weights.
