Dylan Lundgren is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Dylan started practicing yoga in 2004 when he began his recovery from addiction. At first, yoga was a physical practice – connecting him with his body - and then became integral in his life.  Dylan places an emphasis on gentle (and occasionally, vigorous), mindful, flow and he enjoys teaching all levels of students.  He is especially dedicated to facilitating an experience of yoga – bringing the students’ awareness to his or her own body and truth.
