Elizabeth Heller ERYT-200 is a mindfulness expert, best-selling children’s book author, registered yoga instructor for kids and adults, a podcast host, a mom, and a super-journaler! Elizabeth is the creator and author of the Kids Super Journal and Teen Super Journal, mindfulness-based activity books that empower kids and teens to self-manage emotional and physical wellness with the evidence-based tools of mindful breath work, body movement and journaling. She also creates and hosts the Kids Super Journal Podcast. Elizabeth has extensive training in children’s yoga, therapeutic and trauma informed yoga, meditation, and pre-natal yoga. She teaches toddlers to teens and adults of all abilities. You can find Elizabeth teaching Western, Massachusetts, Berkshire County. Elizabeth is the author/co-author of eight books for and about children, including contributing author to four parenting books.
