Ditya Sari, a registered 500-hour yoga teacher, CSEN 500, and Certified Junior teacher of Inside Flow Yoga rooted in Bali, currently live in Rome . She has more than 10 years yoga teaching experience internationally and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with more than 1000 hours total of training up to now. Ditya specialized in Vinyasa, Restorative and Alignment based Yoga. She's also specialized in Stand Up Paddle Yoga as a teacher trainer. In 2018 she discovered Inside Flow Yoga and under the guidance of the founder of Inside Flow, master Young Ho Kim she became a certified Inside Flow Teacher and has been sharing her love of flow since then. With more than 500 hour of Inside Flow teacher training she became the Junior Teacher of Inside Flow and the ring leader for Inside Flow community in Italy.

Over the course of her career, she also led numerous workshops, retreats, yoga festivals, events, and teacher training programs. For more than 6 years throughout her time in the Middle East, she had been trusted to give her yoga instruction at the United State Military Base. 

Her ability to lead students deeply into their yoga journeys and help them find ease while discovering and learning about themselves has earned her a reputation for being down to earth, thoughtful, and approachable in her teaching. Her classes are heartfelt, nurturing, and designed to help her students to find more connections,  presence, and meaning. Through her yoga sessions, she hope to inspire, educate, and empower others to be and feel the absolute best of themself.
